The Ab Coaster has become a widely popular exercise machine. It works the abs similar to the way hangling leg raises do, but while most people find it close to impossible to do hangling leg raises, the AbCoaster allows you to do them with relative ease as it takes away the strain from your upper body.

Often, fitness machines which are marketed through infomercials aren't of the highest quality. Some of them are complete scams. Yet the Ab Coaster is different. Don't get me wrong, the infomercial does paint a rosy picture, but this machine does have merit. It can provide you with a solid stomach workout.

2 problems with the AbCoaster is its price which is about $400 which is quite high and the fact that it takes up a lot of room in your home. You need to be really into working out with this machine in order to make it worthwhile to have it.

But the major problem is that most people believe that this machine can actually replace their gym membership, saving them money and time.

Don't be mistaken, the Ab Coaster does not replace the gym at all. If you want to lose belly fat and get flab abs, you will still need to workout regularly, doing both cardio and weight training. You can't burn stomach fat with abs exercises alone. You need to get lean all over.

Since the AbCoaster works the stomach alone, it is only a partial solution to your belly fat problems. Yes, it can help you strengthen the abdominals but it can't help you get a sexy flat tummy.

So, get this machine if you like. It's not a bad device. But be aware that you will not get the results you seek without working out the rest of your body as well.
